Commercial Collections & Recovery
Outstanding doesn't have to mean unpaid.
Paid2Paid recovers what your business is owed — from the first past-due notice through formal legal action. You keep running the business; we keep the pressure on the accounts that stopped paying attention to it.
Contingency-based — our fee comes out of what we actually collect.
How An Account Moves
The aging ladder
Every account we take on starts the same way. What happens after day 90 depends on which track you choose for it.
Our baseline service for any account within its first 90 days past due. We begin pursuing payment immediately, before a balance has any real chance to go cold.
For accounts you'd rather we keep working ourselves. We escalate our approach and keep pursuing the debtor in-house, using the most effective means available to us.
For accounts that call for more weight. The file is forwarded to our legal department to pursue recovery through formal legal channels.
§ Every tier is contingency-based. Our fee is a share of the amount actually collected on the account — not a flat charge for opening a file. If nothing comes back, nothing is owed. Ask for a copy of our current rate sheet when you sign an account.
Two Ways To Get Paid
You choose how the funds move
Independent of which track an account is on, you decide how collected money gets back to you.
Agency-Collected
- 1The debtor pays us directly
- 2We hold the funds
- 3We send you a monthly payout, net of our fee
We handle the collecting and the remitting — you get a payout on a predictable monthly schedule.
Direct-Pay
- 1The debtor pays you directly
- 2You track what's been collected
- 3You send us our fee on a monthly payout
You stay the payee of record on every account. We invoice you for our share once a month.
Why Paid2Paid
Built around the account, not a script
No recovery, no fee
You pay us out of what we actually bring back in — never for the attempt alone.
Two escalation tracks
An account that stalls past 90 days doesn't just sit in a queue — you choose how hard to push next.
Monthly remittance
A predictable payout schedule, whichever direction the money is flowing.
Your call on tactics
In-house pursuit or formal legal channels — decided per account, not by default.
Ready When You Are
Have an invoice that's overdue?
Tell us where the account stands — current, 90 days out, or already ignored twice — and we'll tell you which track fits and walk you through the rate sheet.
